Scripts and ornate styles are the most challenging but may add just the right touch to your design. No custom job is too large or too small.

Unique, Detailed Business Signage Brought to Life

Whether you choose from one of our 25+ fonts, or you go the completely custom route, every cast metal project that enters our shop is meticulously crafted, from initial quote to shipping, we’ve created a process that ensures your beautiful letters stand the test of time.

  • After your project is confirmed, we get started by creating a design that reflects the needs of your piece. We finalize your chosen font or get to work on your custom cast letter design. We make sure every detail is accounted for and laid out well.

  • If you’re going the custom route, the design is then used to make a pattern, often crafted from wood, that then serves as the template for the mold. The mold is crafted to capture the intricate details of the font, ensuring precision in the final casting. If you select a standard font, we pull out our pre-made molds.

  • Molten metal, such as bronze or aluminum, is poured into the mold. Before becoming cast metal, the molten metal is incredibly fluid, flowing to every part of the mold and capturing the fine details of the design.

  • Once the metal solidifies, the mold is carefully broken away, revealing the rough cast letters. The cast metal letter design is visible, but still quite rough around the edges and needs human touch and a bit of elbow grease.

  • After removal, the cast letters are cleaned and polished. Any additional details that need extra refining are addressed at this point. Depending on your project, we’ll also add additional coatings at this step.

  • Before we install or deliver, each cast letter project undergoes a thorough inspection to ensure quality of your project! We’ll refer back to your original project specs to ensure we’ve exceeded your expectations.

  • Now, it’s time to ship! We ship all of our products worldwide. Each product comes with a mounting template that identifies the stud locations on each piece so that your installation is efficient and clean.

Created through a precise casting process, these letters are durable, weather-resistant, and designed to provide a polished, professional appearance. MOUNTINGS

Advise thickness of wall surface for FM-4A and PM-1A mounts. Advise projection lengths on PM-1, PM-1A and PM-2 mounts.

FM-4 | Flush mount with threaded studs set in adhesive.
FM-4A | Same as FM-4, bolted from the rear (no adhesive).
PM-1 | Projected mount with collars and threaded studs set in adhesive.
PM-1A | Same as PM-1, bolted from the rear (no adhesive).
PM-2 | Projected mount with brackets (minimum 2″ projection).
