Cast Plaques
A.R.K. Ramos has been casting plaques in our Oklahoma City foundry for over seventy-five years. In that time we have developed a tried and true process that has evolved to perfection. Our cast plaques combine text and graphics in ways that can tell your client’s story in gorgeous bronze, brass, aluminum or white bronze. We can duplicate almost any typestyle or graphic that can be provided to us in vector form. These technologies, along with state-of-the-art equipment bring beautiful creations in cast metals to life.

We cast plaques in bronze, brass, and aluminum. Finishes range from satin aluminum to mirror brass and bronze, with everything in between including multi-color painted, clear anodized, and duranodic color anodized finishes.
Perfect Impression™ Plaques
A.R.K. Ramos Perfect Impression™ plaques feature a pattern process that allows you to create stunning pictorials in cast metals at an economical price. This revolutionary process allows the designer to create beautiful multi-dimensional plaques at a fraction of the cost of bas relief castings.

You supply the high-resolution photos and we do the rest. Our artists can create collages or use a single photo along with text to tell the story behind your project. This new process gives slightly less relief than sculpted plaques but much more relief than standard etched metal plates.
Cast Letters
A.R.K. Ramos offers a full line of cast metal letters for you to choose from. Cast letters are available in aluminum, bronze, brass and white bronze in a wide variety of styles and finishes. If you select from one of our 25+ standard fonts, cast letters are an economical solution to most any design. Finishes range from satin aluminum to mirror polished brass and bronze, with everything in between — including painted, clear anodized and duranodic color anodized finishes.

Custom letter fonts and logos are also available in cast letters. A.R.K. Ramos manufactures many custom fonts from artwork supplied by the customer. Scripts and ornate styles are the most challenging but may add just the right touch to your design. No custom job is too large or too small.
Fabricated Reverse Channel Letters
Reverse channel letters are a perfect solution for large graphics or letters where casting patterns are cost prohibitive. Superior craftsmanship is what makes A.R.K. Ramos letters the industry’s finest reverse channel letters. Letters, logos and graphics are available in aluminum and stainless steel in a wide variety of thicknesses, colors, and finishes. Reverse channel letters are lightweight and very durable. Available in a wide variety of stock styles or custom-made from artwork provided by you.
Aluminum reverse channel letters are a great solution when large or deep letter forms are needed. These letters are structurally very strong. Finishes range from satin aluminum, painted aluminum, and anodized in clear or color duranodic.

Stainless steel letters are also very lightweight. While made from a thinner material than most aluminum letters, stainless steel offers a wide variety of benefits. Mirror-polished faces and edges are a popular finish on stainless letters. Stainless letters are also available in much smaller sizes than aluminum channel letters. We also offer a titanium finish on our stainless steel letters that is available in both a mirror and satin finish. Titanium coating gives the letters the look of brass, bronze, copper, black chrome or chrome at a fraction of the cost and without the worry of tarnishing.
LED backlighting is available in most reverse channel letters over 8” in height.
Precision Cut Letters
Aluminum, brass, bronze and stainless steel precision cut metal graphics, logos and letters provide an unlimited variety of choices. Available in many thicknesses, styles and finishes, cut plate offers unmatched versatility. Ideal for small ornate letter forms or large custom letters and graphics where special patterns for casting are cost prohibitive.

The machining process involved allows for complete cut though of letter forms as well as allowing us to engrave recessed areas in logos and letter forms which can be color filled. This is especially useful in multi-color pieces.
We offer thicknesses ranging from 1/8” thick to 1/2” thick in most materials. Finishes range from satin polished, anodized, or color duranodic, painted, and mirror polished finishes.
Etched Plaques
Design possibilities are endless with these unique graphic products. Acid etched plates make solutions to tough design problems seem easy. Etched plaques are available in a variety of materials including aluminum, brass, bronze, stainless steel, zinc and magnesium.

These products allow for smaller text sizes and much finer detail than cast plaques. In most materials, we prefer to do recessed graphics and text. This is not the case in zinc material. In zinc, we can do either recessed or raised graphics without difficulty. Zinc plaques are also available in faux bronze and brass finishes.
Etched plaques can have the recessed areas color filled in a variety of colors.
ADA Signage
A.R.K. Ramos offers a full line of American Disabilities Act (ADA) compliant signs in aluminum, brass, bronze, stainless steel, magnesium, and zinc. Many stock patterns are available or we can make custom ADA signage to meet your particular application. All letters and Braille are raised a minimum of 1/32″ from the surface with letters and symbols in contrasting colors to background colors.

A.R.K. Ramos signage materials meet most city, state, and federal fire safety and building codes and are acceptable for use in private and public buildings.
