If you already know your design specs, you can request a free quote on our website. If you're not sure what option would be best for your project, we're happy to chat with you about metals, finishes, and mounting options to help you decide. We then create a design proof for approval before we get started on fabricating your custom sign. Every sign goes through a detailed quality check before we ship to you (or the jobsite) for installation.

To prepare a quote, we typically need project details such as desired product type, metals, sizes, quantities, desired finishes, mounting method, artwork files or concepts, and installation location. The more information you can share upfront, the more precise the estimate we can provide. Our team will follow up with any questions to ensure we understand the full scope of your signage needs. Shipping is always included in our quotations unless otherwise noted.

We accept high-resolution vector artwork when available (such as EPS files) and high-resolution image files for projects like Perfect ImpressionsTM. If your artwork needs to be refined or converted to a vector file, our team can assist with preparing production-ready files. Here are our artwork requirements!Item descriptionYes. Many of our signs — especially cast plaques and letters — are designed for long-term exterior performance. We use durable metals and finishes that stand up to weather and environmental exposure.

Lead time varies by product type, size, materials, and our current production schedule. We will provide an estimated turnaround time in your quote and work with you closely during the design and approval process to ensure your project stays on track.

We will create a detailed proof based on information you provide and email it for approval. You can request adjustments to layout, fonts, finishes, or other design elements. Once you approve the proof, we proceed to fabrication. 1 initial proof and 2 resubmittals are included in your original pricing.

We fabricate signs and ship them to your specified location with installation instructions. Since most of our clients are architects, designers, or contractors, they either have experience installing custom signage or have a subcontractor lined up to complete the work. If you need additional support or recommendations, just ask — our team is happy to help wherever we can.
