Logo Signage: Transforming Your Design into 3D Signage

Proud businesses, universities, and non-profit organizations want their logo to stand out and leave a lasting impression, and rightfully so. They’re proud of their business and deserve logo signage that will not only represent their business well, but also stand the test of time.

What better way to honor your business than American made metal logo signage created by a foundry that deeply cares about every project that enters their doors, from inquiry to delivery.

Our Metal Logo Signage Process

We treat all of our projects with love, precision, and care. Similar to any signage project that comes through our doors, we have a detailed process that ensures your project is taken care of every step of the way.

That process is…

A.R.K. Ramos 3D Metal Logo Sign
  1. Design Creation

  2. Mold Preparation

  3. Metal Casting

  4. Cooling & Removal

  5. Finishing

  6. Inspection

  7. Shipping & Mounting

You can see details of this process on our website either on our blog or on our products pages.

But, the process is often a tad different for our logo signage since we are creating a detailed mold for your already existing logo, rather than creating a layout from scratch.

When creating a cast of your logo, whether on its own or on a larger sign, we take the digital files of your logo and first create a digital art mockup. To create the highest quality logo signage possible, it’s important that you send it to us in a vector file.

That includes…

  • .AI (Adobe Illustrator)

  • .EPS (Encapsulated PostScript)

  • .SVG (Scalable Vector Graphics)

You may not have this file already on your computer, but more than likely your designer does! Reach out to them to make sure you have the correct format, or have us help create it for you.

Once we have your file, we’ll check it for scalability and we may modify the design ever so slightly to ensure it’s cast-friendly. That might look like adjusting line thickness and getting rid of fine details that won’t translate well in the cast. Any manipulations we make are to ensure the final piece is a true representation of your logo!

Next, your logo signage moves through the following steps in the process, from mold creation to finishing.

Another unique piece of the logo signage process is that we will often incorporate colors into these projects!

While some clients opt for the sleek professionalism of bronze (or whatever metal finish they choose) others prefer to add a bit of color to their logo signage that reflects their brand.

We’ve had people use color on the logo itself while the rest of the sign is a finished metal, whereas others color the metal background while the logo remains the finished metal color. Using the Matthews Paint system, we can match almost any major paint color to give you the rich, long lasting color you deserve for your metal logo. We are here to help you with whatever logo signage you’re dreaming up!

No Two Products are the Same

After over three quarters of a century in business, we’ve worked with clients in a myriad of industries and have created logo signage in a variety of styles, and no two clients are the exact same.

That said, we can create you that large, colorful, long-lasting logo for the side of your building. We can work with you on a memorial with a number of logos pictured at the bottom. We can curate a series of signs for your campus. Share with us your logo signage dreams, and we’ll see what we can do to get it done for you (even if it’s something you don’t think has ever been done before).

If you’re in need of inspiration, our Facebook and Instagram pages are full of behind-the-scenes and client projects. You’re also always welcome to ask us about our options, and we can send you even more logo projects that we’ve worked on in the past.

While you’re at it, explore the different signage styles we offer to our clients, logo or not! Each project is handled with the utmost care and respect, and no project is too small.
